Michael “Iron Mike” Tyson, has etched his name in history. he was the youngest heavyweight champion in history, He completed the journey to reach the top of the boxing world in his 20s. Mike Tyson was the first boxer to hold the title of WBA, WBC, and IBF. Tyson was the youngest among his three siblings, he often neglected at home so he spend most of his time outside of the home. 

His friends and neighbor bully him and make fun of him because of his high-pitched voice and lisp. Because of these reasons, Tyson got into a lot of fights as a child. By age of 13, he was arrested 38 times.

Due to discipline, hard work, and every ounce of his blood, sweat, and tears he becomes a world champion in boxing. He knows that his dream is very big so he wants to sacrifice so many things to achieve that dream. So he strictly followed his daily workout routine as well as his diet plan also to become a world champion. So now look at Mike Tyson’s Daily routine.

1. Morning (Mike Tyson's workout routine)

Mike Tyson’s day starts around 4 AM. Afterward, he perform a cardio workout which consisted of 3 to 5 miles of running. Early morning running has always been part of his daily routine even before he becomes a professional boxer.  After running he used to perform squats and pushups 300-400 reps in each set.

2. Noon

Mike Tyson’s workout in the afternoon consisted of performing dips, pushups, shrugs, and shit-ups. with these exercises, he also performs neck bridges to get a muscular and firm neck. 

3. Mid-afternoon (Mike Tyson's workout routine)

Mike Tyson’s workout in the mid-afternoon consisted of sparring. Sparring is followed by working on the speed bag, Slip bag, pinching bag, focus bag, and D’Amato’s renowned Willie Bag. Ather this he performs jump rope followed by pedaling for 60 minutes on the stationary bike.

4. Evening

In the evening Mike Tyson performs 5 sets of dips, pushups, shrugs, shit-ups, and neck bridges. Afterward, he performs Shadowboxing

Mike Tyson performs stationary bike for 30 minutes. After this Mike Tyson used to study fight films to improve their fighting skills.
